Arts and Literature Walk (May 2026) - an event during small business week at the Miracle Mile District in Stockton featured artists, writers, musicians and small businesses to showcase their work. It was a great event to support local art and small businesses!
Cambodian New Year (April 2026) -Wat Dhammararam Cambodian Temple hosted Cambodian New Year bringing together families together to honor ancestors, show gratitude and start fresh.
Playmobile (March 2026) - A mobile recreation program from the Community Services Department. Filmed at Mattie Harrell Park to advertise the reopening of the Playmobile.
Oak Park Senior Center - Cookies with Santa (December 2025) - Community Services Department invited seniors and their family to enjoy cookie decorating, drink hot cocoa, decorate ornaments and take pictures with Santa!
Senior Valentine’s Day (February 2026) - Community Services Department hosted a senior valentine’s day dance at Stribley Community Center.
Chavez Library - Chess Club (March 2026) - I visited the Chavez library to film/edit the activity as a way to. promote the Community Service Department Activity Guide.
Installing the Christmas Tree at Weber Point (December 2025) - Filmed the hard working Public Works Department installing the Christmas Tree for the tree lighting event. This took me 2 days to record!
Ursula Meyer Library & Community Center Grand Opening (May 2026) - The first of its kind, a community center and library opened in Northeast Stockton!
Teen Career and Resource Expo (March 2026) - City of Stockton Community Services Department hosted the Teen Career and Resource expo at Arnold Rue Community Center. The event was free and offered mock interviews, resume workshops, financial literacy workshop that provided practical tools for smart money decisions.
National Library Outreach Day (April 2026) - Created a video to celebrate and show appreciation for the Library Outreach team.
Van Buskirk Community Center Holiday Workshop (December 2025) - Hosted by the Community Services Department a free annual event to celebrate the winter holiday with activities for the whole family,
Office of Violence Prevention (OVP) Turkey Giveaway (November 2025) - OVP distributed 80 turkeys to the community along with food boxes provided by Community Partnership for Families (CPFSJ) at the Villa Monterey Office.
Skate,Bike and Roll (April 2026) - Sponsored by the Stockton Arts Commission, brought the community together to skate and roll at the San Joaquin Fairgrounds. Interviewed Professional Skateboarder Richard Valle and also Bob Guiterrez from BG Strategies.
Chavez Library - Kids’ Popcorn Club (March 2026) - I visited the Chavez library to film/edit the activity as a way to. promote the Community Service Department Activity Guide.
National Library Workers Day (April 2026) Created a video to celebrate and show appreciation for all the library workers. Had to visit 3 different library branches to get footage!
Stockton Arts Night (March 2026) - Hosted by the Stockton Arts Commission at the Civic Auditorium. Stockton Arts Night is a free quarterly event for local artists to showcase their art.
Van Buskirk Community Center Fall Festival (November 2025) Community Services Department hosted Fall Harvest Festival 2025 at Van Buskirk Community Center. The free event invited families for an evening of crafts, games and fun acitivities.
Weston Ranch Library Holiday Workshop (December 2025) - Hosted by the Community Services Department. Families and children decorated sugar cookies and drank hot cocoa.
National Stem Day 2025. Coordinated with two departments to highlight STEM careers - Municipal Utilities Department (M.U.D) Civic Engineers. and Information Technology (I.T)
Pixie Woods Opening Day & 72 Birthday Celebration (May 2026) - A well loved amusement park in Stockton re-opened to the public and celebrated 72 birthday.
Van Buskirk Micro Library - Galaxy Slime Activity (April 2026) - I visited the micro library to film/edit the activity as a way to. promote the Community Service Department Activity Guide.
Employee Services Award (Jan 2026) - A ceremony to honor Stockton employees that have worked from 5 years to 40 years.
Seifert Community Center Fall Festival (November 2025) - Community Services Department hosted Fall Harvest Festival 2025 at Seifert Community Center. The free event invited families for an evening of crafts, games, and fun activities.

National Umbrella Day (February 2026) Filmed Yosemite Village (an improvement district in Stockton) to promote the area and encourage people to join the Stockton Arts Commission.
